Holistic Health Lifestyle Coaching
For an in-depth approach to optimising your health and wellbeing, in both body and mind, I offer one-to-one coaching with in person or online sessions and support.
I bring a completely individual and bespoke approach to each of my clients, focusing on all aspects of lifestyle, including nutrition, movement, sleep patterns and stress management. Using a range of holistic therapies, I offer single session consultations or a six week coaching programme.
We’ll work together to address any imbalances and develop a realistic and sustainable plan. Simple, achievable steps that will fit in with your lifestyle, bring you back to a natural state of wellbeing and enable you to thrive.
Sessions either in-person or online.
90 minute single session consultation: £65
You’ll also receive a bespoke and fully detailed lifestyle plan via email after the session.
45 minute follow up session (optional): £35
A check in to see how you’re getting on with your lifestyle plan and make any adjustments that are needed.
6 week coaching programme: £295
An initial 90 minute consultation, followed by five weekly 30 minute follow up sessions, fully detailed lifestyle plan (with adjustments if needed) and email support and guidance for the duration of the programme.

Yoga, Massage and Meditation
Sessions are available for an individual therapy, or blend of therapies, depending upon your needs, either in person in the comfort of your own home, or online via Zoom if appropriate.
